Tien Chen Shiatsu

The therapy is an ancient Chinese form of manipulation, administered by the thumbs, fingers and palms, applying pressure to acupressure points along particular meridians to correct internal malfunctioning and to promote and maintain health.

Reiki

Reiki has a way of naturally flowing to the area where it is most needed. Every Reiki treatment is different and varying effects may be experienced. Reiki does not conflict with traditional medicine. It enhances the benefits and it is complimentary to other forms of therapy such as Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Acupuncture etc. Reiki speeds the healing process and provides a source of restoring energy while one is ill, under medical treatment or in recovery.

Remedial Massage

Remedial massage contributing to the cure of disease or general well being. The main values of massage are :

Increases blood flow, disperses oedema fluid, breaks down fibrous adhesions, reduces muscle spasm, relieves muscle stiffness and soreness.

Sports Massage

This is similar to remedial but firmer to reduce injury. Helps reduce pre-exercise tension. Increases pre-exercise blood flow. Relaxation of the athlete after an arduous journey or to relieve competition nerves.

Sports Injuries

Treating injuries involves using a mixture of all the therapies; this improves the recovery time, returning the athlete back to active sport in the shortest time. Stretching is an important part of this treatment.

Chinese Massage

It is generally considered, this therapy has the ability to regulate nerve function, to strengthen the body's resistance to disease, to flush toxins out of the tissues and improve circulation of blood. Making joints more flexible, leading to a better functioning body.
